Mammography Technologist opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Mammography Technologist position. Under the supervision of a radiologist performs mammography and mammography Quality Assurance procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their mammogram procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High school graduate; BS degree preferred; Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology: either college affiliated or hospital trained.
  • Licensure and Certifications: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) in radiography and certified/board eligible in mammography; Certified in the State of Montana to practice and administer radiation; Current BCLS certification.
  • Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Thorough understanding of breast anatomy, positioning.
  • Experience: One year mammography experience preferred.

Schedule: Part-time, 8 hours/week
