This is a cross-trained position where team members may work in multiple areas of the park, including:

Position Summary
As a Park Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a safe, organized, high-energy, and welcoming environment for every guest who visits Altitude Litchfield Park.
Whether greeting guests at the front desk, hosting birthday parties, monitoring attractions, or supporting kitchen operations, every role contributes to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
  • Greet guests with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and fun environment
  • Answer guest questions and provide support throughout their visit

Park Operations & Safety
  • Communicate and enforce park rules in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain awareness of guest safety and overall park flow
  • Help ensure attractions, party areas, and common spaces remain clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and incident reporting guidelines

Parties & Events
  • Assist with birthday parties and group events
  • Help create a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for party guests
  • Support party setup, food coordination, and cleanup

Front Desk & Sales Support
  • Assist guests with check-in, waivers, bookings, and transactions
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Help promote memberships, birthday parties, programs, and special offers

Kitchen & Food Service
  • Prepare and serve food safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Support timely food service during busy periods and parties
