Baer is looking for Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12+ month Federal project located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Onsite - Oklahoma City, OK (Mon-Thur)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Role Overview

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support change initiatives related to the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system. This role focuses on helping end users effectively adopt and use MRO in their daily work while supporting broader organizational change efforts.

Description:

  • Provide direct support to end users in completing tasks within the MRO system
  • Assist in planning and executing organizational change management activities
  • Identify key stakeholders and influencers across teams
  • Communicate changes clearly to ensure understanding and adoption
  • Support employee engagement and readiness for new processes
  • Identify risks and challenges and help implement mitigation strategies


Requirements

  • Experience working with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) systems
  • Background in aircraft maintenance or related industry
  • Familiarity with change management principles or methodologies
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives
  • Ability to conduct training sessions, workshops, or user support activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor s degree (BS or BA)
