Department Overview
The CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative provides comprehensive, personalized cancer care to the communities of the northern Oregon Coast which includes medical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion, nutrition, and social services, pharmacy, and patient navigation. Our Cancer Collaborative is one of many services provided within CMH, which is the fastest growing rural hospital in Oregon, serving the healthcare needs of the northern Oregon coast.
Function/Duties of Position
Our position offers the opportunity to deliver hematologic and oncologic care in a community based clinic designed to support healing. We prioritize comprehensive, high quality patient interactions and provide an exceptional work-life balance to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
Practice Details
  • Established, collaborative, multidisciplinary practice focused on person-centered care.
  • Outpatient role with a 4-day work week.
  • This flexible position offers a 0.5-1.0 FTE schedule to support the arrangement that best fits your lifestyle.
  • No in person call requirements, only telephone-based call requirements.
  • Community clinic setting with longstanding relationship with Knight Cancer Institute and Oregon Health & Science University.
  • Collaborative relationships with oncology providers, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers.

Required Qualifications
  • MD, MD/PhD, DO, MBBS, or MBBCh
  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
  • DEA Certificate
