You'll support the heartbeat of our Lethbridge cattle veterinary practice a dynamic team dedicated to advancing animal health and agricultural excellence. In this role, you'll coordinate operations that keep our clinic running smoothly, strengthen client relationships, and enable our veterinarians, nutritionists, and technicians to focus on what they do best. What you'll do

  • Partner with the veterinary, nutrition, and technical teams to coordinate clinic scheduling, appointments, and on-call service coverage that keeps operations running smoothly
  • Manage front office operations including client communications, appointment scheduling, invoice processing, and account inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Lead workflow coordination across invoicing, order processing, and month-end activities, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support inventory management, special orders, and courier logistics while maintaining clear communication with internal partners and external suppliers
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by identifying workload pressures, supporting task coverage, and fostering accountability and mutual respect
  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards that support clinic operations and regulatory requirements
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions that enhance efficiency and client service.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles in a fast-paced environment
