Job description

As an Asset Manager you will support procurement, management, and installation of software or technology-related hardware assets.  Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests as well as receive and process purchased or returned equipment or assets.  You will track equipment inventory and deployed assets, execute processes for disposal of assets, and manage warranty and repair-related tasks.  As a member of this team you will perform data entry in software systems or tools and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness while managing asset store, inventory and end to end product life cycle. 

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including: 
    • At least 1 year of Supply chain, procurement, supplier management and/or asset management work experience
    • At least 3 years of Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in procurement of software or technology-related hardware work experience

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.97 to $42.88 per hour; from: $45,700 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Some of the responsibilities will be Implementing and executing activities required to manage and maintain the accuracy of assets, such as auditing and modifying attributes related to lifecycle management of software and hardware assets. You will manage asset stock in multiple locations and ensure appropriate levels are available for orders and projects. You will also be responsible for managing equipment installation for new locations and moves. The Asset Manager position is also responsible for interfacing with the contracted printer support team.
