  • Define, monitor, and enforce service provider KPIs, performance standards, and contractual compliance.
  • Partner with senior leadership of engineering firms to drive quality, innovation, and capacity alignment with QISG needs.
  • Support and influence business development strategy by providing executive-level engineering input into pursuits, proposals, and risk reviews.
  • Participate in key client engagements as an engineering authority and trusted advisor.
  • Ensure engineering approaches are scalable, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in engineering delivery through standardized processes, digital tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with Quanta Engineering and Construction OpUs to harmonize best practices and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Set the tone and expectations for a culture of safety, quality, and integrity across the engineering organization.
  • Ensure engineering decisions and practices align with QISG's core values and safety commitments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of QISG's strategic and operational objectives.
