We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Associate Program Manager to support and grow CAP. This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, drive projects from idea to execution, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with CAP artists, Production Artists, and cross-functional partners across product, content, and engineering, and will need to be comfortable working across both creative and technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day CAP operations, including artist applications, communications, and workflow tracking
  • Ensure timely, accurate responses across CAP communication channels
  • Maintain trackers, workflows, and documentation to support clear project visibility and timely completion of work
  • Drive projects and process improvements from concept through execution, including timelines, coordination, and follow-through
  • Identify trends and patterns in artist feedback, submissions, and workflows to inform program improvements
  • Partner with Production Artists and cross-functional teams to support content quality and resolve issues
  • Investigate, document, and escalate bugs or workflow issues related to Design Space content
  • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively
  • Support new CAP initiatives, workflows, and project launches as the program evolves

Core Competencies

  • Organization & Execution: Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain clear timelines, and drive projects through completion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively across creative and technical teams.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Uses data, trends, and feedback to inform decisions and process improvements.
  • Passion for Creativity & Artists: Brings an appreciation for artists, design, and creative communities, with enthusiasm for supporting and growing the CAP program.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Approaches artist and member interactions with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness while supporting a positive member experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Experience with tools like Airtable, Jira, or similar is a plus

  • Familiarity with Cricut Design Space or similar platforms
