Job description

Assist and Coordinate specific processes and procedures to help with the overall development of new stores, new distribution centers and renovation projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with plan room documents and current project listings.
Assist with the Proposal Request Process and assure the national account vendors and GC's have current plans and specifications.
Coordinate the Warranty Process in MARS and assure warranty repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate the special projects in MARS and assure the records are updated accordingly.
Coordinate TX ADA repairs and assure repairs are completed.
Assist and Coordinate the hurricane panel installation process.
Assist with the Weekly Progress Report Process.
Review Change Order Requests for the proper documentation that supports the charges.
Process Change Orders for payment.
Process invoices for payment and request checks, when necessary.
Complete all related tasks in Lucernex.
Upload all necessary documents into Lucernex.
Update project status in Lucernex. Assist with the creation and distribution of the construction schedule.
Add new projects and assign PA's to Lucernex.
Assist with the qualification process for new general contractors.
Assist the Construction Operations Supervisor with special projects and administrative support.
Assist the Project Administrator Supervisors and the Project Administrators with special projects and administrative support
Complete and update construction warranty dates in Lucernex
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of construction administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer operations
Ability to handle and process highly confidential material
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Ability to make and meet deadlines
Ability to convey positive and professional image
Work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
