Job Summary:The HR Onboarding Specialist at JLL is responsible for the administration of onboarding and offboarding operations and providing exceptional support to new hires and leavers on a data center client account. This role demands strong organizational skills, superior ability to communicate in person and in writing, and meticulous attention to detail to delivery. The HR Specialist serves as a partner in ensuring smooth workforce transitions and fostering early employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding Program Management:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding operations for the data center client account, orchestrating a structured and efficient experience for JLL employees

  • Manage collection and verification of required documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background screenings, drug tests, and I-9s

  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive onboarding materials and training resources, including leading onboarding sessions as necessary

  • Ensure systems access is removed from leavers and equipment is returned as necessary

Systems Administration & Documentation:

  • Create and maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information

  • Coordinate provisioning of equipment, technology access, and system credentials for new hires

  • Assist new employees and leavers with completion of essential paperwork, including employment forms, payroll documentation, etc.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters and HR business partners to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding and from employee to leaver

  • Stay current on company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations to ensure full compliance throughout the onboarding and offboarding process

Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and successfully integrated into their teams

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding and offboarding journey

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all data protection policies

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or similar operational roles

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and employee record management

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
