Alpha and Omega Building Services, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, sanitize, and service large and small businesses across the Eastern United States. In a nutshell: we clean buildings… really well.


Job Skills/Requirements

Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training. We’ve been around for over 65 years, and COVID has only made us a stronger team. Start feeling like you’re making an impact by keeping your community clean, safe, and healthy!


Job Duties:

Facility
Clean and maintain designated areas inside the facility daily, which includes but is not limited to:
Lobby
Restrooms
Breakrooms
Offices and/or classrooms
Conference rooms
Stairwells
Parking lot and public areas.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, wash windows, clean elevators/stairs, and empty trash.
Ensure the highest degree of sanitation and housekeeping is met.
Ground Maintenance
Remove ice and snow from walkways.
Keep company grounds free of litter and debris.
Miscellaneous
Make sure all doors, windows, entrances/exits are securely closed and locked if you are the last to leave the building.
Weekend Events
Clean and maintain designated areas assigned by customer.
