**Position Overview:**
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the autobody shop. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operations Management:**
