The Essentials (Requirements & Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you must meet one of our educational/experience pathways, alongside our core technical and compliance standards:

Educational Track (Must meet one):

  • Bachelor's Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR
  • Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR
  • High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

  • Tutoring/Education: Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
  • Tech Proficiency: Highly comfortable working digitally with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
  • Core Strengths: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Mobility & Compliance:

  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with proper insurance coverage.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard drug screen and comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County).
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed on-site).
