Job description

We are seeking a motivated Part Time, and dependable Merchandiser to service 14 retail account location twice each weekend. In this role, you will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure our products are merchandised to company standards. This position requires strong organization, time management, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull overstock from backrooms or overhead shelving.
  • Stock shelves, displays, and display racks with products while rotating properly.
  • Build new displays following written directions when needed.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Keep aisles clean and free of debris.
  • Dispose of corrugated materials as directed.
  • Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Safely use your own reliable transportation to service accounts.
  • Working up to 12-14 hours per weekend.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Previous retail grocery or direct store delivery experience preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 15-30 lbs. frequently, including overhead.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and push/pull carts loaded with product.
  • Work at a steady pace for the full shift.

Compensation:
    • Pay: $20.00 per hour
    • Mileage reimbursement for travel between accounts.
