Job Description:
Field Sales Engineer - AI Data Center Networking (OEM Accounts)
Role Overview
This Field Sales Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for driving technical design wins and revenue growth for our next-generation AI and Data Center networking solutions within a Tier-1 System OEM account. In this role, you will act as both the trusted technical advisor and business leader to the OEM, driving continued growth for our joint Data Center networking partnership.
Key Responsibilities
  • OEM Design Win Leadership: Partner with the global account team to secure complex technical design wins, embedding our networking silicon solutions into the OEM's next-generation AI and Data Center Networking portfolios.
  • AI Architecture Collaboration: Facilitate deep-dive technical workshops with OEM product managers and system architects to optimize our joint solutions.
  • Joint GTM Technical Enablement: Enable the OEM's internal systems engineers, solution architects, and sales teams to help drive downstream sales to tier 1 and tier 2 service providers.
  • Internal Product Orchestration: Act as the vital link between the OEM's platform engineering teams and our internal Product Management and Engineering teams to align product roadmaps, feature requests, and hardware validation schedules.
  • Supply Chain & Operations: Oversee complex supply chain, forecasting and demand planning.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in OEM Account Management, Technical Sales, or Field Application Engineering (FAE), with a proven track record of selling to or working within major hardware OEMs.
  • Domain Expertise: Dedicated experience in AI data center networking architectures. Deep technical knowledge of server architecture, Ethernet switching, high-speed signal integrity, and optical interconnects.
  • Track Record: Proven history of securing major component or subsystem design wins inside complex OEM server/networking/storage platforms.
  • Network: Existing relationships within the engineering, architecture, or product management organizations of major enterprise systems OEMs are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between low-level hardware engineering and high-level business value; strong consultative problem-solving skills and experience navigating OEM platform release cycles.
  • Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).

Additional Job Description:
Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $168,800 - $270,00
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
