Position: Home Health RN – OASIS & Coding Specialist

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with strong expertise in:

  • OASIS completion, review, and accuracy
  • ICD-10 coding specific to PDGM
  • Medicare and Medicare Advantage requirements
  • Insurance verification and authorization processes
  • CMS regulations and compliance standards
  • Care planning and clinical documentation

Candidate must be able to work independently, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical and operational excellence across the agency.

Prior experience with EMR systems required; Careficient experience preferred.
