SCP Health, a physician-founded and physician-led organization, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join the Emergency Department at Franciscan Health Crown Point, a busy community hospital serving Northwest Indiana.

Franciscan Health Crown Point is a high-performing community hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered emergency care in Northwest Indiana. Physicians benefit from strong APP support, reliable specialty consultation, collaborative clinical leadership, and a stable operational environment designed to support provider success. Clinical & Program Details

  • Approximately 33,000 annual ED visits
  • 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage
  • 18 hours/day NP/PA coverage
  • Mix of days, nights, and weekends available
  • Moderate-to-high acuity Emergency Department
  • Team-based care model with strong operational support
  • Stable staffing model designed for efficiency and provider support

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
  • Comfortable practicing in a moderate-to-high volume ED environment
  • Team-oriented approach with commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care
