Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the operations in a warehouse. This includes receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, order picking and keeping a safe and secure warehouse. In this role you will manage and dispatch team member(s) to jobsites for a final PJF 5-Star Clean-up and/or to deliver materials to on-going installation. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate Warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance goals. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Associate(s) in the warehouse.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise Warehouse Staff: Oversee the daily tasks of Warehouse Logistics Specialist and Warehouse Associates, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Provide regular feedback to the General Manager regarding Warehouse Associates’ and Warehouse Logistics Specialist performance.

· Inventory Management: Perform routine inventory cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor and research custom orders in warehouse and follow procedural practices. Participate in routine inventory counts.

· Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing/will-call orders, oversee order picking and pulling fulfillment, and ensure accuracy of orders.

· Equipment: Ensure warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, ladders, and tools are well-maintained and in working order. Ensure inspections are complete.

· Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges that arise, such as pick/pulling errors or staffing issues.

· Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are being executed and followed. Periodically test and inspect emergency equipment is compliant and in working order.

· Security: Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures on warehouse security. Ensure non-warehouse personnel do not gain access to the warehouse workspace.

· Warehouse Organization: Ensure materials are properly stored, workspace is free of clutter, and vendor paperwork is correctly stored in bins.

· Housekeeping: Guided by a daily checklist; ensure no hazards are in racks, aisles or on the floorspace, remove all trash and shipping debris, floors are swept, and tools and operating supplies are returned to their proper locations.

· Customer Service Support: Ensure daily will-call orders are handled with care, orders a picked and pulled accurately, and maintain a customer-focused approach to operations.

PAY:$25-$27 an hour with the potential of a monthly incentive

3. May require prolonged periods of standing.

4. Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

May involve long hours, including evening and weekend shifts, depending on Warehouse operational needs.
