Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift Only

Compensation: $70,000 โ€“ $105,000

Position Overview

An established, high-acuity Womenโ€™s Services program in the Texas Medical Center area is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses to join a collaborative and patient-centered team. This is a Level IV maternal designated facility offering advanced care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Unit Highlights
  • Level IV Maternal Designated Facility
  • 12 Labor Beds
  • 19 Antepartum Beds
  • 4 Swing Beds
  • Approximately 400โ€“450 deliveries per month
  • High-acuity patient population
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
  • Active Texas RN License or active compact RN license (clear of stipulations)
  • BSN required
  • 3โ€“5 years recent acute care Labor & Delivery experience
  • Full-time night shift availability (nights only)
  • Updated resume with accurate job dates and unit details

Note: ADNs, new grads, and candidates without recent acute care L&D experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Extended Womenโ€™s Services experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clear alignment with night shift schedule preference
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care utilizing the nursing process
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, assist with exams and treatments
