As a Manufacturing Team Member - Night Shift, you will work with a team of 3 to 4 people making and shipping pressed awards for our clients in recognition of their great work! Team Members in this type of cell work in a positive environment full of people who are inquisitive and focused on continuous improvement. Team Members work daily to meet efficiency, delivery, and quality goals. Team Members often stand the majority of the day performing various job skills and will be flexible in learning new skills. This type of work involves a fair amount of dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as hand strength. Team members will also have a collaborative, no-fail and no excuses attitude.
*Compensation: $19.60/hr ($17.10 plus $2.50 night shift differential), plus a $0.30 cent increase after successful completion of the Foundations for Contribution Onboarding Program (the exact timing of the raise may vary).
Night Shift Hours: Onsite (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm - 11:50pm), and (Friday 2:20pm - 6:20pm).
Requirements:
  • Able to meet Takt/Cycle time
  • Passion and care for first-time quality
  • Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours/day
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communicator
  • Positive "can do" attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be safety conscious and responsible for appropriate personal ergonomics
  • Ability to notice and identify small quality details related to jewelry production and quality requirements
  • Good hand eye coordination
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
  • Have a strong desire to engage in Continuous Improvement
