We are seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner & Lead for a fitness studio in Scarsdale, NY. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for studio members and staff. You will also provide leadership to junior cleaners and ensure high standards of sanitation and safety are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform nightly cleaning and sanitization of fitness studio spaces, including floors, equipment, mirrors, restrooms, and lobby, following a detailed checklist.
  • Document completed tasks with photos and notes using a mobile app, flagging any issues observed during cleaning.
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment; conduct weekly inventory and support restocking as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols for chemical handling, equipment use, and waste disposal.
  • Provide shift leadership by guiding junior cleaners, coordinating between locations, and communicating maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements
