Registered Nurse - Recent Grad Mother Baby
Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the El Paso, TX area for the following position: Registered Nurse - Recent Grad Mother Baby. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Assist in c-sections, Cardiac patients, Couplet care, Delivery, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fetal NST, Fundal massage, Healing, Midwife, Neuro patients, Nursery care, On-call availability, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.
  • Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
  • Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • RN license required prior to start of employment
  • Less than one year of professional nursing experience
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Responsibilities:
  • Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring both patients for signs of complications, working closely under the supervision of experienced nursing staff, obstetricians and other healthcare providers
