Nelson Coleman Jewelers has been a part of Maryland families for generations. We help people mark the moments that matter most - engagements, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and the quiet "just because" gifts that mean the most. Our clients aren't just shopping. They're trusting us with something important. And we take that seriously.
We're a real family business with a close-knit team, and we're looking for someone who fits that culture: warm, genuine, and proud of the work they do.
What This Job Actually Looks Like
  • Welcoming clients into our showroom and getting to know what they're looking for
  • Guiding them through our collections - from pieces at $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
  • Following up with clients over time and building the kind of relationships where they come back to you for every occasion
  • Learning the ins and outs of fine jewelry and gemstones (we'll teach you everything)
  • Taking care of our showroom and working as a true team player

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
  • You have at least a year of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
