Summary:
NCD Dental & Vision is seeking an Agent Support Coordinator to join our team. Your role is simple: offer the highest level of service and support possible to our most important customers, the insurance agent community. We will be the most agent centric dental plan on the planet! Your primary responsibility in this role is to act as the main point of contact for NCD's network of insurance agents. You will answer incoming questions regarding products, enrollment portal, and member service from both new and existing agents. Other duties include onboarding and setting up new agents within our system and processing inbound account changes from agents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our agents are happy
  • Handles both inbound and outbound communication with agents and brokers
  • Educates agents and brokers of available NCD products
  • Assists agents and brokers with questions regarding products, portal enrollment and service needs
  • Ensures effective onboarding process for prospective and new agents and brokers
  • Creates new agent accounts in Admin system. Ensures new agents are enabled to sell products
  • Processes a smooth onboarding experience for new agents
  • Ensures data integrity of agent files. Updates files as needed

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
  • Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems
  • Strong understanding internal products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
