Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure our agents are happy
- Handles both inbound and outbound communication with agents and brokers
- Educates agents and brokers of available NCD products
- Assists agents and brokers with questions regarding products, portal enrollment and service needs
- Ensures effective onboarding process for prospective and new agents and brokers
- Creates new agent accounts in Admin system. Ensures new agents are enabled to sell products
- Processes a smooth onboarding experience for new agents
- Ensures data integrity of agent files. Updates files as needed
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
- Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems
- Strong understanding internal products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
