Job description

You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Program team. Our team is responsible for overseeing procurement, contract administration, supplier performance, and cost control to ensure mission success.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Subcontract Management Staff you will be responsible for managing key procurement processes from proposal through contract setup, ensuring terms and conditions are met, and driving supplier performance and cost management.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop and issue solicitations and evaluate proposals.

  • Negotiate and establish contracts, including terms and conditions.

  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance.

  • Manage cost tracking and control throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with program objectives.
