COMPETITIVE STARTING PAY
Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 6:30am - 7:00pm/ Night Shift: 6:30 pm-7:00 am
  • 12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights

In this role you will:
  • Troubleshoot automated systems - including programmable logic controls, electrical components, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic interrelations
  • Take control of plant equipment reliability and own the results of operations by preventing breakdowns and improving preventive maintenance practices
  • Be a maintenance professional who understands the importance of documentation and data analysis as part of the job of sustaining equipment reliability
  • Be an electro-mechanical technician familiar with the methodologies of reliability centered maintenance and able to take charge of designing, planning, and executing restoration/repair projects
  • Be a loyal and reliable team member who consistently finds the good in their team mates and is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the sacrifice

What We're Looking For:
  • Journeyman level knowledge regarding electrical and control systems, power transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and multi-craft maintenance
  • Must be willing to work on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & GMP's
  • Capable of leading and directing a crew of contractors in the execution of a job you have planned or assisted in planning
  • Be an exemplary contributor to team driven projects and be a willing leader on the projects that you are suited to lead.
  • A clear and effective communicator in verbal, written and meeting settings
  • Maintain and improve equipment through analysis of data, preventive maintenance procedures, predictive maintenance practices and reliability centered maintenance strategies
  • Possess the desire to advance and develop your own knowledge and skill set
  • Having the drive to hold your teammates accountable to the same level of expectation that you hold yourself
