Parts Counterperson

Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson will amplify the sale of parts and accessories for the dealership while providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and/or customers, retail customers and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders for parts.

  • Promote additional sales of related parts and/or accessories.

  • Inventory control and maintain shelf stock.

  • Assist customers (internal, retail and wholesale) with concerns and updates on back ordered parts.

  • Keep work area and storage area clean and neat.

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Motorcycle parts experience is a plus.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Computer competency and basic math skills.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.

  • Basic motorcycle mechanical knowledge.
