In roles with monthly pay, employees often track their hours, deliverables, or milestones over a four-week period, with paydays typically occurring at the end of each month. This structure can also encourage better time management and project planning, as employees are aware of the monthly cycle for submitting timesheets or meeting targets. Additionally, teams may align major deadlines or meetings with the monthly pay cycle, fostering a more organized workflow.
