Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew
  • Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently
  • Complete basic reports and required paperwork
  • Work closely with your team to keep production moving
  • Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules
  • Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability-show up ready to work
  • Team player with a safety-first mindset
  • Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required)
  • Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful
  • MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we'll provide if needed)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Work Conditions:

  • Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours
