Job description

Ground Force/Mega of Albuquerque has an amazing opportunity for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will help hold department supervisors accountable to job hours through efficient communication and organization under the direction of the plan manager. This position requires the employee to be in the office full time. Remote work is not an option. Starting Salary $50k - $60k depending on experience.

Perform secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner.  Work with production to maintain/improve reporting and documentation of work for high level of analysis.  Work to implement and acquire needed process or equipment for a safe and productive production floor.

Position Requirements

  • complete/maintain production schedule
  • update daily reports and spreadsheets
  • review time approvals and make corrections as needed
  • review all applications for production departments and make contact to set up interviews and new hire process
  • work with temp agencies on new hires, applicants, and time approvals
  • set up and remove entries in Epicor
  • oversees Cintas deliveries and garment return
  • work to complete needed documentation and corrections with the safety program
  • coordinate monthly BBQ/luncheon
  • take progress photos/videos of equipment for jobs and QC
  • work with vendors as needed for special projects

Skills Required:

  • demonstrated effective written and verbal communication
  • working knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel
  • experience with ERP systems or similar
  • attention to detail and experience with budgeting
  • experience managing projects
