Tech Electronics is seeking an experienced Regional Inspections Manager to step into a key leadership role and help advance our fire alarm inspection division.

We are searching for a hands-on business leader who knows how to support field teams and wants to play a key role in growing and improving a service operation.

What You'll Lead

Fire Alarm Service Operations

  • Oversee daily fire alarm services, activities including inspections and small repairs
  • Support inspectors with technical guidance and field problem-solving
  • Ensure accurate and timely service documentation and closeout reporting
  • Optimize fire alarm inspections and report results to Sr. Leadership
  • Engage the client base and create relationships that result in high C-sat
  • Monitor inspection requests and system alerts to keep response times tight

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of fire alarm inspectors
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in workmanship
  • Support technician certifications and ongoing development (including NICET)

Customer & Internal Partnerships

  • Act as an escalation point for service-related customer concerns
  • Communicate clearly with customers on system issues and recommendations
  • Partner with sales, operations, and procurement to align manpower and materials
  • Provide technical input on proposals and service solutions

Division Growth & Performance

  • Track labor efficiency, service quality, and material usage
  • Identify process improvements that increase productivity and reduce rework
  • Help shape how the fire alarm service operation grows in all markets

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of fire alarm service and/or installation experience
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Working knowledge of fire alarm systems, troubleshooting, and NFPA codes
  • NICET certification strongly preferred (or actively working toward it)
  • Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and customer expectations
  • Comfortable with service management software and basic office tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Up to 25% travel
