Join our dynamic Accommodation Team at Trip.com, where we work to create seamless, unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with industry experts, innovate solutions, and drive the growth of our accommodation offerings. We're passionate about providing high-quality service and making travel more accessible for everyone.
In this Role, you'll get to:
  • Support the team in maintaining relationships with local hotel partners, and coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.
  • Train new hotel partners on how to use the extranet, and manage rates and availability on the site.
  • Assist in the activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers, helping to manage supplier accounts.
  • Resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notifications, cancellations, etc.
  • Participate in market and competitor research.
  • Evaluate production data and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Prepare business review reports as needed.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners, including special deals and promotions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for both new and existing hotel partners.
  • Manage other ad hoc administrative requests and operational tasks as required.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
  • Preferred backgrounds include: e-commerce, business development support, hotel reservations and coordination, or revenue/yield management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a quick learning ability.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
