We are seeking an experienced Data Practice Lead to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade AI and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and cloud platforms, along with a proven ability to translate business needs into innovative, high-performing architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement end-to-end AI and data Practice Lead for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Design data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models to support machine learning and analytics solutions.
  • Architect Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to design robust, production-ready AI models.
  • Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams across multiple projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals and drive innovation

Technical Skills:
  • Experience architecting AI/ML SaaS solutions with high revenue impact.
  • Familiarity with CrewAI, LangChain, and RAG-based GenAI architectures.
  • Certifications in Big Data, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture
