Located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.What You'll Do
As an entry-level Property Manager in Phoenix, you'll help keep assigned communities running smoothly by balancing resident service, vendor coordination, and accurate reporting. This role exists to protect property performance while delivering responsive, professional support to residents and owners.
Key responsibilities include handling resident questions, coordinating and tracking maintenance work, completing inspections, supporting leasing activity, collecting rent, and helping ensure policies and local requirements are followed.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong organization, follow-through, and clear communication
- Customer-focused problem solving and attention to detail
- Comfort using property management software (AppFolio or Yardi preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
