The Team
The Relationship Marketing Strategy team leads the development of omnichannel strategies leveraging first-party data to deliver personalized customer experiences. They partner closely with cross-functional teams - including media, analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery - to design segmentation, personas, and customer journeys that support a true 1:1 people-based marketing approach.
As a member of the Relationship Marketing Strategy team, you will play a central role in shaping how brands build meaningful, ongoing relationships with their customers. You will craft omnichannel strategies - spanning CRM, email, SMS, web, and mobile app - to help clients unlock the value of their first-party data and transform it into personalized, connected customer experiences. This team blends analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on 1:1 people-based marketing. As a senior client-facing leader, you would cultivate trusted relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure that every engagement delivers meaningful value.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support and/or lead the creation and delivery of integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies across CRM, email, SMS, mobile app, and web channels.

  • Translate first-party data opportunities, MarTech advancements, and CRM capabilities into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Develop customer personas, segmentation strategies, and full-funnel customer journey frameworks that shape personalized experience to align to client objectives.

  • Partner with media, analytics, and delivery teams to bring strategies to life.

  • Provide strategic leadership across client engagements and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Identify growth opportunities and deliver recommendations that strengthen long-term client relationships.

  • Define key data points and performance indicators to measure the impact of strategy and optimization opportunities.

  • Guide cross-functional partners-creative, account management, operations, and analytics-to ensure unified, customer-centric execution.

  • Define meaningful KPIs, measurement plans, and insight frameworks to quantify the impact of marketing strategies on business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience developing omnichannel customer marketing or CRM strategies.

  • Proven background working with first-party data, personalization, and 1:1 marketing programs.

  • Understanding of segmentation methodologies,persona development, and customer journey design.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms (i.e., Braze, Marketo, Adobe)

  • Ability to translate insights and technology capabilities into strategic recommendations.
