Job Description:ย We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and a passion for customer service. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with their parts needs, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain an organized and clean parts counter and storage area.
Manage inventory levels and notify the parts manager of any shortages.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Process returns and warranty claims as needed.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Mercedes-Benz.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems such as CDK and Paragon.

Proficiency with parts catalog and inventory management software.
