Location: Boardman, Oregon (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on supported technologies and effectively passing down knowledge to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Perform remote system administration tasks as part of a virtual team.
  • Automate tasks using scripts where necessary.
  • Work autonomously to resolve most support issues.
  • Execute small projects independently and collaborate on larger projects with management.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians.
