Job description

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, NM. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active New Mexico COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Experience providing restorative and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 0800-1630.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
  • Assignment length: 15 weeks.
  • Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
  • May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
