Description of Courses: The Business department is looking for adjunct faculty to teach a variety of courses in the upcoming academic year.

  • Introduction to Business (BUSN 100)
  • Microeconomics (ECON 120)

Daytime or evening sections are available. While there may be future opportunities to teach online or on the South Portland Campus, our immediate needs are on-campus courses at SMCCโ€™s Midcoast Campus in Brunswick.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Masterโ€™s in related field

Preferred:

  • Teaching experience in a higher education setting
  • Experience with learning management systems; SMCC uses Brightspace as its learning management system.
  • Industry Experience
