The Appliance Installation Team Member

We are seeking a motivated Appliance Installer to join our team and build strong relationships with our customers by installing kitchen and laundry appliances.

A successfulAppliance Installer Team Member will possess a great attitude and a servants heart. We believe that the technical aspect of your role is essential, and we will provide in-depth training, including extensive on-site training, in this area. Your professional demeanor and attitude also play a tremendous part in the fit that you will be on the team. We are seeking a team member who can work collaboratively within the team and take initiative independently, without direct supervision. This is a full-time position with available overtime.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Install Residential Appliances: Install kitchen and laundry appliances in an efficient, professional manner while protecting the customer's property. This includes making water, electrical, and gas connections as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Greet the customer and confirm the installation details then explain appliance use and maintenance to customers after the installation is complete.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation appointments.
  • Collaborate with team: Work closely with sales team members and other installers.
  • Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safe working practices on installation appointments and comply with company safety standards while driving company vehicles.
