Job description

Factory is seeking a talented Designer to craft compelling marketing and growth collateral that demonstrates our brand externally. You'll develop visually striking materials - from decks and one-pagers to event signage and social assets - while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our brand and product's look and feel. Collaborating closely with GTM and Product teams, you'll transform messaging into high-impact visual assets.
What you will do and achieve:
  • Develop on‑brand marketing materials including decks, one‑pagers, social assets, ads, and more.
  • Design event collateral (e.g., signage, booth layouts, swag, digital and print media).
  • Create clear, visually compelling communications - announcements, reports, email graphics -that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into strong visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all external-facing design touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical collateral.
  • Focus on product marketing and growth design - craft visuals that help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you've worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback-balancing quality and speed effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams to align visual design with messaging and goals.
