Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and stay productive this summer? Counter-Form LLC is hiring Summer Help to join our 1st shift manufacturing team.

Production Schedule:

  • Full-time hours starting at 6:30 AM
  • 1st shift only


What You Will Do:

As summer help, youโ€™ll play an important role in supporting our production process. This hands-on position involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to help manufacture high-quality laminate countertops while meeting production and quality standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow established manufacturing procedures (may include sanding, assembly, and material handling)
  • Complete work orders accurately and on time
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality issues
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environment


Monday-Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm
