Job description

Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a qualified Assistant Program Manager to support contract operations and provide full managerial coverage during the absence of the Program Manager. The Assistant will be empowered to act with full authority on behalf of the Contractor regarding daily contract operations.

Position Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of contract operations when serving in place of the Program Manager. * Assist in managing staff performance, training, scheduling, and compliance with all contract requirements. * Maintain communication with Government officials, ensuring continuity of operations during periods of primary manager absence.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of Contractor personnel. * Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and required deliverables for Government review. * Ensure contract tasks are completed in accordance with the SOW and established quality standards.

* Contribute to the development of operational plans, risk mitigation activities, and workflow improvements. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a Government manpower contract.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a technical manpower contract (Public Health preferred). * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Experience supporting or working within a DoD or Federal Government setting is preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Security Requirements: * Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check. * Must be a U.S.

Citizen and able to meet Government suitability requirements. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
