Job description

MX is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own and grow our relationships with the consultants, analysts, and industry associations that shape how financial institutions choose their technology partners. This role sits at the center of MX's demand engine , connecting our brand and proof points to the influencers and advisors FIs trust most.

You'll work closely with our Partner team to support their motion , helping activate partnerships, advance deals, and build the marketing infrastructure that makes MX easier to recommend, easier to sell alongside, and impossible to ignore in the market. This role requires regular travel to cultivate in-person relationships with key consultants, analysts, and association partners.

What You'll Do
Partner & Channel Enablement
Partner closely with the MX Partner team to support their motion , providing co-marketing programs, campaign assets, and enablement resources that help partners advance deals and build deeper relationships with FI clients.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic partner relationships, coordinating joint GTM activities, co-branded campaigns, and shared market presence
Develop and maintain partner-facing materials , playbooks, solution briefs, and talking points, that make it easy for partners to position and recommend MX

Analyst & Consultant Relations
Own MX's relationships with financial services analysts (Forrester, Gartner, Cornerstone Advisors) and consultants who advise FIs on technology decisions , managing briefings, inquiries, and ongoing engagement
Position MX favorably in analyst research, evaluations, and consulting recommendations by maintaining a consistent, credible presence across the industry's most influential voices
Identify opportunities for MX executives and subject matter experts to speak at industry events, participate in analyst research, and engage at association forums

Industry Association Engagement
Build and deepen MX's presence within key financial industry associations (BAI, ABA, CUNA, NAFCU, and others) , turning membership into active visibility through speaking slots, working group participation, and warm introductions
Manage association relationships as a pipeline of industry access, connecting MX to the decision-makers and influencers inside the FI community

Co-Marketing & Thought Leadership
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop co-branded assets , research reports, case studies, and event content , purpose-built for distribution through consultant, analyst, and association channels
Act as the voice of the partner channel into MX's content roadmap, surfacing the topics and proof points that resonate most with industry influencers and build MX's thought leadership position
Leverage MX's strongest proof points , Forrester TEI, client case studies, Cornerstone Advisors research , to arm partners and analysts with the evidence they need to recommend MX with confidence

Performance & Reporting
Track partner-influenced pipeline, co-marketing program performance, and
analyst/consultant engagement using Salesforce, HockeyStack, and Domo
Deliver regular reporting to demand gen leadership on partner program health and revenue contribution
Conduct quarterly reviews to assess ROI by partner relationship and prioritize the highest-value investments


Basic Requirements
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in partner marketing, channel marketing, or analyst/consultant relations.
5+ years of experience working within the financial services industry , with consultants, analyst firms, or associations that influence FI technology buying decisions
Strong understanding of the FI buying process and the ecosystem of influencers, advisors, and associations that shape it
Track record of building co-marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and partner-influenced revenue
Excellent relationship skills , comfortable engaging senior analysts, C-suite executives, and partner leadership at events and in 1:1 settings
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo; familiarity with HockeyStack, Domo, or similar attribution tools is a plus
Strong communicator and project manager , able to juggle multiple partner relationships and programs without dropping threads
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to build and maintain in-person relationships with consultants, analysts, and association partners
