Magnum Piering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to hire a full-time Field Services Manager who will play an essential role in our success.

What you'll do
  • Train customer crews on helical pile installation best practices
  • Travel to job sites to provide real-time field support and troubleshooting
  • Conduct installation quality observations and coach crews on improvements
  • Work effectively with foremen, superintendents, and project managers
  • Document field activities and share lessons learned with the Magnum team
What we're looking for
  • Construction field experience or strong working knowledge of construction equipment and job site operations
  • Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
  • Project coordination skills and professional follow-through
  • Willingness to travel frequently (company-paid travel expenses)
  • Deep foundations/helical pile experience is a strong plus
