Now Hiring: Medication Aide/Tech
Location: The Springs of Magnolia | Magnolia, AR
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
  • Safely administer or assist with self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed, following state regulations and facility policies.

  • Observe, document, and report residents’ responses to medication.

  • Maintain a clean, organized medication supply room and medication cart.

  • Assist with medication audits and maintain accurate counts.

  • Communicate with pharmacies to ensure timely delivery of medications.

Requirements:
  • Current state certification/training as a Medication Aide/Tech (required).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.

  • Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
