Magic Eden is on the lookout for a Product Management Lead for our NFT Marketplace to help us shape the future of our exchange! You'll have experiences with two-sided marketplaces and the vision to explore uncharted territories in the NFT/digital assets space. This is a real chance to become a thought leader with the support of an amazing cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the NFT trading product experience at Magic Eden.
  • Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Define the vision for the future of NFTs, in terms of tapping into new user segments, new forms of NFT trading, new asset classes, and new experiences.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the NFT and crypto industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements. Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams as well as the founders to develop go-to-market strategies

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep personal passion for crypto and NFTs.
  • Passion for dynamics of multi-sided marketplaces, concepts such as supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, etc.
  • World-class PM communication skills and hygiene, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working and building products in the crypto and/or NFT industry.
  • Experience in the domain of marketplace optimization and growth
