Position Summary:

As a Dish Machine Operators/Combo at IHOP, you will play an essential role in ensuring the cleanliness and flow of our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for upholding sanitation standards in the dishwashing area, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the overall flow of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality.
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management.
  • Assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed.
