Job description

The Blueprint (Role Profile)

The Kinaxis CoE, Supply Chain Solutions Analyst supports the administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the company's Kinaxis Maestro platform. This role contributes to platform configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, and process improvement across supply chain planning. Working with supply chain, IT, master data, and business stakeholders, this individual helps coordinate customer-provided data management and supports Maestro changes that improve planning effectiveness, governance, scalability, and user adoption. Supply chain planning experience is required; experience with AI, machine learning, or production scheduling is a plus. This position will be based in our Lexington, SC office.

The Build (Responsibilities)
  • Support administration of the Kinaxis Maestro platform, including user access, role management, data management, environment coordination, and governance activities
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of Maestro authoring changes, including worksheets, dashboards, alerts, workflows, and related planning functionality
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document changes, and support scalable process and system improvements
  • Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to support customer-provided data management and process alignment
  • Troubleshoot system, data, and process issues and coordinate resolution with IT and business partners
  • Support testing, documentation, training, and end-user adoption for enhancements, fixes, releases, and process improvements
  • Collaborate across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, and production planning to support planning effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Support master data validation, cleansing, and issue resolution
  • Support Kinaxis deployments, enhancements, and implementation activities
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain systems, or a related business/technology role
  • Experience supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse or Kinaxis Maestro administration, configuration, or authoring activities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, deployment, or production planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user support, training, ERP/data tools, or Kinaxis certification is preferred; experience applying AI, advanced analytics, or automation in supply chain or planning environments is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20%; at peak periods, travel may increase to 50%
