Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hr, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Full-Time -Onsite Role (Indianapolis, IN)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (there may be some variance depending on business needs)

As a Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate at Conduent, you’ll have an opportunity to work in learning services. About the Role:

  • Must be able to check the training mailbox for rosters

  • Must confirm that instructors and classes are set up

  • Make sure that classroom is setup for in person training

  • Must be able to manually file papers

  • Must be able to respond to emails in a timely manner

  • Must be able to help facilitate online and in person training

Requirements: 

  • Be at least 18 years or older

  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent

  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills

  • Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)

  • Proficient in MS Office products

  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Demonstrate time and task management skills

  • Attention to detail

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $39,900.
